Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Fluff & Beyond offer?

Fluff & Beyond provides a range of luxury dog grooming services, including full grooms, baths, nail trims, hand stripping, hair dye, bath and tidy, de-shedding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and nail polish application.

How often should I groom my dog?

The frequency of grooming depends on your dog's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, dogs with longer or thicker coats may require grooming every 4-6 weeks, while short-haired breeds may need less frequent grooming.

Is grooming safe for my dog?

Yes! Grooming is safe for your dog when performed by trained professionals. At Fluff & Beyond, your pet’s comfort, health, and safety are always our top priorities. We use gentle grooming techniques and high-quality products, and our groomers are First Aid/CPR certified. We are also fully licensed and insured, giving you extra peace of mind while your pup is in our care.

Can I stay with my dog during the grooming session?

While we understand the desire to stay with your pet, we recommend allowing them to be groomed independently. This helps reduce anxiety and allows our groomers to work more effectively.
